1. Program Description

The Pro Connectors Alerts Service provides essential membership-related notifications, including monthly meeting schedules, networking event logistics, and payment/renewal reminders to all paid members who have explicitly opted in.

By signing up and paying for a Pro Connectors membership, you confirm you are the account holder for the mobile number provided. You are providing your prior express written consent to receive recurring transactional and membership-related text messages from us. This consent is tied to your active membership.

Opt-In Method: Consent is obtained during the online membership checkout or registration process, where you provide your mobile number and check a clearly worded consent box.

3. Message Frequency and Cost

Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on scheduled events and membership status (e.g., renewals).

Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you. Please consult your wireless carrier for applicable text messaging fees.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out (STOP) Instructions

You can cancel the SMS Service at any time without affecting your Pro Connectors membership status (you will still be a member, but will not receive texts).

To Opt-Out: Text the keyword STOP in reply to any message we send you.

Confirmation: Upon sending "STOP," we will send you one final SMS to confirm your unsubscription.

Rejoining: To rejoin, you must contact member support or update your communication preferences in your online member portal.
